This unfiltered harvest is a rare, seasonal expression of our oil — vibrant, cloudy, and intensely fresh. We release it only at the beginning of the year, immediately after harvest, while its natural antioxidants and flavour are at their peak.

Unfiltered olive oil contains tiny particles of olive fruit, giving it a deeper flavour and a naturally cloudy appearance. It’s a short‑lived, wonderful thing — and one we ship for a limited time only.

This oil is as fresh as olive oil gets. Rich in oleocanthal — a polyphenol found in high‑quality extra virgin olive oil, associated with anti‑inflammatory properties — and naturally high in vitamins E and K, as well as polar polyphenols.

Because it is unfiltered, the oil may thicken in colder temperatures. This is a natural sign of quality and will return to its usual consistency after a few hours at room temperature.
