This filtered harvest is our staple, the most versitile expression of our oil - fragrant, smooth, and as fresh as can be. We use it in all our meals - on toast, for cooking (yes, we fry with it too), salads, baking and much more. 

This is also our customer favourite, consistently supplying high-quality and health benefits throughout the year.

This oil is as fresh as olive oil gets. Rich in oleocanthal — a polyphenol found in high‑quality extra virgin olive oil, associated with anti‑inflammatory properties — and naturally high in vitamins E and K, as well as polar polyphenols.

The oil may thicken in colder temperatures. This is a natural sign of quality and will return to its usual consistency after a few hours at room temperature.
