"The delicate scent of artichoke leads the way for a pungent and creamy flavour bursting with the freshness of summer and bolstered by a subtle fruitiness that lingers long on the palate. We loved this oil and could drink it on its own.

Beautiful apple and hay nose and a clean, bright evolution on the palate. The viscosity is notably pleasurable in the mouth, almost juice and chewy. (The judges found this so delicious that they would drink it on its own.) A wonderful oil, with low acidity and an array of well balanced, individual flavours.

A charming fresh olive oil with distinctive fruity aromas and a delicious peppery flavour, with a hint of nuttiness, that lasts long on the palate. The judges felt that this is an excellent oil to enjoy on its own with bread (as well as in many other dishes!).

Very creamy, gorgeous mouthfeel, and a peppery finish which comes in gradually at the end. The apple on the nose has a cleanliness to it. A short finish. A nice delicate product.
